Manage everything from Account settings, in the Subscription tab. Free needs no card, and we never upgrade you automatically.
Switching plans
Upgrading unlocks the paid features immediately, billed prorated for the rest of the period. Downgrading applies on your next renewal date, so you keep what you paid for until then.
What happens to extra widgets on downgrade?
If you drop from Pro (5 widgets) to Free (1 widget), the extra widgets are paused, not deleted. Their configuration is kept, so upgrading again resumes them with one click.
Invoices and VAT
Every payment generates a PDF invoice automatically, listed under the Subscription tab. EU businesses can add a VAT number in their workspace to apply the reverse-charge mechanism on future invoices.
Cancel any time
Open the Subscription tab and choose Cancel. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Your widgets keep running until then, then drop to the Free plan.

If LeadOcto has not measurably helped within 30 days of your first paid charge, email our support with your widget ID and we refund that charge in full.
