Connecting Slack, GA4 and webhooks

Leads land in WhatsApp by default. To pipe them into the rest of your stack, open the widget's Notifications and integrations settings and toggle any of these on.

Slack

Authorise the LeadOcto Slack app once, then pick a channel. Every new lead posts a single message with the visitor's name, the channel they used and a reply link.

Google Analytics and Tag Manager

LeadOcto fires widget-open, button-click and lead events into your existing analytics. Each carries the widget ID and channel name as parameters. If you load analytics through Tag Manager, install the widget as a Custom HTML tag firing on all pages.

Webhooks

Send every LeadOcto event to your own endpoint as JSON. Each payload is signed with an X-LeadOcto-Signature header so you can verify it came from us.
