What counts as an active widget?
One widget is one website you have installed LeadOcto on. You can pause, archive or delete widgets any time, only running ones count toward your plan.

Is there a lead cap?
Free includes 50 leads a month. Pro and Ultra are unmetered, we do not charge per conversation. If you ever hit a soft limit, we email you before throttling.

Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade and the new features unlock immediately, with prorated billing. Downgrade and the change applies on the next renewal so you keep what you paid for.

Do you offer an agency plan?
Ultra covers most agencies. If you are running 25+ client widgets, get in touch, we have a flat-rate plan with multi-workspace billing and white-label invoicing.
